In 1980, Todd's grandfather bought a piece of land in Texas that became more than just a farm—it became our family's sanctuary and the foundation of our values. Raised in a community where people ate food grown on their own land, Grandpa believed in self-sufficiency, faith, family, and always doing the right thing.
For over four decades, our family has raised cattle naturally on this same land and supported our local community through 4-H and FFA youth programs. What started with Saturday mornings spent mending fences and driving tractors with Grandpa has grown into Legacy Beef Company—a testament to the values he instilled in us.
Today, we honor his legacy by continuing to raise our small family herd and partnering with ranchers who raise cattle the right way: humanely, naturally, and sustainably. Every cut of beef we provide is all-natural, grass-fed, and sourced from a single cow—quality that can't be duplicated in large feedlots. Our mission is simple: to continue passing down the legacy of faith, family and humility through every meal we help put on your family's table. As we look to the future, we're building something we can pass down to our children, just as Todd's grandfather passed it down to us.
Together with their children, they operate Legacy Beef Company with a hands-on approach to quality control. They personally vet and select each partner producer, ensuring that every ranch in their network maintains the same high standards they demand for their own family table.
